CrossTownJapan, founded in 2018 by Berley Thomas, a chef with 18 years of experience in England, including training under Japanese chefs, was inspired by the beauty and health benefits of Japanese cuisine. His vision was to offer authentic Japanese food of the highest quality, value, and environmental responsibility.

Their freshly prepared dishes and transparent kitchen provide an authentic dining experience. They prioritize eco-friendly packaging and have gained a loyal following over the past four years. About Chef

Chef Berley, with 25 years of food and beverage experience, including 15 years in Japanese cuisine, graduated in Hyderabad in 1995. After working with renowned brands like Yo Sushi, Japan Center, and Noon foods in the UK, he mastered his skills through intensive training in Ramen, Izakaya style cooking, and sushi.

His deep passion for Japanese culture and cuisine led him to start his own sushi restaurant in Bangalore, India. Here, he introduced casual dining with a wide range of Japanese offerings, from street food to soups. Chef Berley's commitment to using the best ingredients while preserving the authenticity of Japanese flavors and culture quickly earned him a loyal following.
